The Three Station Multi Gym has been designed to give you effective exercises. With 3 separate sections, it provides you with everything you need to complete a full-body workout. This multi-function home gym station is built to last, making it the leading gym equipment in your home for years ahead.
Using an effective 55 KG weight stack, many exercises can be performed on it. It is made from 50mm square steel mainframe with powder coating and impacts absorbing rubber end caps. You can perform more advanced workouts and target multiple muscles groups with our home gym station.
Our home gym 3 station multi gym has the standard seated positions, curved sit-up bench, and dip/leg raise stand. It also comes with a hanging punch bag attached from the top and bottom, which reduces the ultimate swing of the punching bag, making it more effective and safer to use.
